Add a touch of red, excellent as micro mix, baby leaf, and full size. Red Pak Choi changes from dark green leaves with maroon veins at micro size to dark maroon leaves with green undersides and thin green petiols at full size.

Late spring or late summer.
WHERE TO SOW
Early sowings under cover.  Later sowings, sow thinly direct in growing site, in rows 15cm apart.
WHAT TO DO NEXT
As soon as seedlings are large enough to handle, thin out to 30cm apart.
