COURGETTE or ZUCCHINI Genovese ORGANIC SEED

Description:
Light greyish-green, mottled fruit of delicate, delicious flavour. Early into production, the fruit will grow to about 18cm long, with a slight bulbous end. Large, open bush habit.

WHEN TO SOW
April and May
WHERE TO SOW
Sow 2 or 3 seeds into 7cm pot in greenhouse at 20°C. Late May sowings can be made by placing seeds 5cm apart direct into soil in cold frame.
WHAT TO DO NEXT
As soonas seedlings have produced 2 rouhg leaves prick off into individual 7cm pots. Gradually harden off before planting outside 60cm apart in late May or early June. Cold frame sowings can be gradually hardeneed off before planting out.
