As the seedlings appear, thin or transplant to 10cm (4”) apart. Grow on and transplant into the final position when six leaves form, space at approximately 60cm (2’) apart each way.

HANDY TIP

Cauliflowers dislike any check in growth. Lack of water can cause premature formation of small button heads. Water regularly.

NUTRITIONAL VALUES

A good source of iron, manganese, and folic acid. Contains many healthy antioxidants.
