Description:

Whorls of mauve labiate flowers June-August. A specific for morning sickness in pregnancy (combine with meadowsweet or chamomile). Used for all kinds of nausea and vomiting. A mild sedative. Habitat: roadsides and waste places. Ht 60cm 150 plants

WHEN TO SOW
Early April to early June.
WHERE TO SOW
In open ground or cold frame.
WHEN TO TRANSPLANT
Thin out seedlings as they grow to 5cm apart. Plant out during September and October spacing 30cm apart for flowering throughout the following summer.
