GOOSEFOOT WHITE (Chenopodium album) P Description:
Easy to grow, multi-purpose plant, with short, often reddish branched stems and variable sized leaves of bluish-green. Small, greenish-white flowers form in clusters from mid-summer to mid-autumn. Seed can be ground and used as flour. Leaves can be cooked as a green vegetable or eaten raw and are more nutritious than spinach. Also produces a golden-red dye. Ht 100cm 75 Plants

WHEN TO TRANSPLANT
Thin out seedlings as they grow to 5cm apart. Plant out during September and October spacing 30cm apart for flowering throughout the following summer.
