Description:
Sometimes called Nutmeg flower or Roman Coriander, as it is not a true fennel. Pretty grey/blue flowers similar to Love-in- a-Mist, which produce very aromatic seeds with a nutmeg scent and pungent spicy taste. Use seed in curries and sprinkle on bread and cakes. Also sometimes used with linen to deter insects. Ht 30cm 60 Plants

Direct into open ground.

Thin out seedlings as they grow to avoid overcrowding.
