Good flavour and pure white roots. Use the bright green tops in salads or steam as a vegetable. Sow in spring or early summer. Outstanding variety.

SOW
In spring or early summer in-situ in drills. 1cm (½") deep. Sow thinly in rows 30cm (12") apart. Thin plants to at least 15cm (6") spacing.
HARVEST
Roots for best flavour when about 5cm (2") in diameter. Normally about 30-40 days. If larger roots are required, harvest at 10cm (4") diameter after 50/60 days
