Red spider mite attack many different types of plants. The safe and effective wat to control them is to use the predatory mite Phytoseiulus persimilis. It reproduces at twice the speed of the spider mite at 18°C, it looks similar but runs faster. 2000 young and adult Phytoseiulus persimilis are supplied in shaker bottles. The vemiculite carrier material should be shaken or poured onto infected areas, they require temperatures of between 16-20°C. Delivery March onwards.
