Both Mustard and cress grow best on blotting paper or kitchen towel in a small container. Mustard is faster than cress, so start cress two days earlier. Ready approximately 10 days after sowing. Length 4-5cm.

SOW
All the year round in a salad sprouter or large jar. Soak the seeds for 5-15minutes, and leave somewhere out of the sun at room temperature. Rinse and drain once a day.
