ROCKET - 30gm ORGANIC SEED Description:
Strong flavour.  Mix with other sprouts if using jar method or grow on a damp kitchen towel.  Use in salads, garnish, juices and sandwiches.

Soak a suitable amont of seeds in water for 4 hours.  Spread them on a linen/cotten cloth.  Moisten the seeds with an atomizer 5-6 times daily for the first 3-4 days, 2-3 times until they are fully germinated (8-10days).  Rocket sprouts are small and nust be kept moistened at all times.  Keep at room temperature and in good light condition. Clean hulls from seeds before serving.  Keep refrigerated for max 1 week.
