Soak a suitable amount of seeds in water overnight. The next day spread them on a sprouting tray, considering that during the sprouting process they will increase by at least 4 times in volume. Suitable method of germination is the linen bag. keep at room temperature and away from light. Rinse the seeds at least 2-3 times daily until they are completely germinated, which occurs in 3-4 days. At each rinsing, try sprouts yourself to find your favourite time for harvesting. Sprouts can be kept dry and refrigerated up to 2weeks. Before consumption, steam sprouts for a few minuets to soften.
