Soak a suitable amount of seeds in water overnight. The next day spread them on the sprouting trays, considering that during the sprouting process they will increase by at least 4 times in volume. Keep at room temperature and in good light condition. Rinse the seeds 2-3 times daily until they are fully germinated (4-6 days). They are immediately ready for consumption or can be kept refrigerated for 1-2 weeks.
