Not related to parsley at all. Quite delicious with a unique flavour, a touch of celery and French parsley combined. Use the leaves in salad or cooked in soups or stir fry. The whole plant is edible, roots and all. s/c 350

Late spring or late summer.
WHERE TO SOW
Either broadcast or sow in shallow drills direct in growing site.
WHAT TO DO NEXT
As soon as seedlings are large enough to handle, thin out to 2.5cm apart. Water regularly. Best grown as an annual but can be left and treated as a perennial.
